Lived in Mill Valley now for about 5 years after moving from the Sunset, SF. Was not expecting such a rat problem out here. One thing all the realtors forgot to mention, ugh. I have used now three rat companies with no luck and being over charged and then they refuse to come back to check traps! (Insert angry emoji). I found Ryan about two years ago and he was the best. Nice men came over and fixed some holes I didn’t know I had and have only seen one rat since. He was extremely prompt to come out and check why, turns out it was just the last one living in the house. Not to mention he came out and grabbed some dead ones out of the walls. Yuck. Will only use them from now on.
Rats suck - let's be real - but Ryan and his team were incredibly efficient and thorough from inspection to collection. They really took the time to ensure that the problem areas on the building were addressed, going so far as spending the day looking after our property (instead of doing a quick look and moving onto another job). Long story short, they did a fantastic and thorough job and were meticulous in ensuring the problem was resolved.
I am incredibly impressed with their attention to detail and their follow-through.
The team was honest, hard-working and diligent. If you want a job well done and your rat problem resolved (for good) then I would highly recommend North Bay Rat and Rodent.
