We worked with Black Diamond to completely overhaul all of our landscaping, including installation of a large natural stone patio as well as multiple steppingstone walkways with lighting. Black Diamond did impressive job on completely remodeling our backyard. This was a very complex job and Black Diamond local manager helped us with all the stages of this project. The design, planning and quotation stages were done by Jason quickly and professionally. He was able to offer us pricing that was significantly better than any competitors. The team doing the actual work was great, working very hard, efficiently and precisely on all aspects of our project. Jason and his team were very attentive to our inputs and scheduling preferences. In short, this was a very positive experience for us and we are delighted with the final results.

Had a great experience working with Jason and Cesar on our backyard. I’d highly recommend Black Diamond, not because the process went without setbacks but because they handled every one with such grace and professionalism. We had an issue with water pooling on the patio and they came back four separate times, lifting pavers, re-compacting, stabilizing, and reassembling it all until it drained without issue. I’m confident that many companies would have said a puddle here or there is fine and left us with it but Black Diamond went above and beyond to make it perfect. Jason was also very accommodating with making slight design alterations as we went and did so without added cost, including completely covering additional materials and a plumbing overage. They were not our cheapest bid but we are so glad we went with Black Diamond as we feel they did a stellar job and saved us money in the long run, all while providing 5-star service and responsiveness.
