Working with Jason at Black Diamond was five star service all the way. He went out of his way to personally make sure my hard to please client was happy with every detail. He is honest, direct, and genuinely cares about not only the end result being flawless, but the process as well. No hidden fees or hard sell, as issues arose from unforeseen conditions on my client's property, Jason was available to help think outside the box to deliver solutions. He has also stayed in touch to make sure there were no issues. Very happy with Jason and Black Diamond and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I really appreciate when individuals write reviews about their experience with companies, or products they have purchased. I don't write reviews nearly enough. However, I felt it necessary to share the great experience my wife and I had with Black Diamond. Jason and Cesar came to our home for the initial meeting, listened to what we wanted and then took photos and measurements. One week later Jason came back with a video presentation of how our garden would look, along with a very transparent quotation. We moved forward with the project and it was a great decision. The first step in restoring our garden is completed and we couldn't be happier with the results. Jason was great to work with, as was Cesar and his crew. Congratulations to Black Diamond for having such terrific individuals representing the company. Five stars, without hesitation!
